Where do you work?
Based in Atlanta, Sommer Strategies works anywhere. Partnerships thrive in person, virtually, and even in hybrid formats, because the work is built to fit the way your community actually operates.
What does working together look like?
Every partnership with Sommer Strategies is customized. Jenna draws on frameworks and resources that have proven successful across camps, schools, and organizations, but no two engagements look the same. Each one starts fresh with your community, your challenges, and your goals.
Depending on what you need, that might mean trainings, strategic planning, advisory support, coaching, or a blend of all four. And you decide how involved you want to be. Some partners work side by side with Jenna every step of the way. Others already have the knowledge and skills but not the time or bandwidth to go deep, so they hand the work off and Jenna takes it from there. Either way, the result is strategies that fit the way your people actually work.
